Rogers Fencing Inova cantilevered gates have an ingenious yet simple cantilevered system. The gate is extremely quiet in operation. This is achieved by the extensive use of roller bearings within the polymeric guide rollers leaving the gates opening and closing cycles practically silent.
The Rogers Fencing Inova gate can operate even during power cuts, by quickly and easily changing the drive unit to manual operation, which allows the gate to open and close by hand.
The gate has fully protected electronic controls. The electronic controls have been cleverly enclosed within a purpose made section of the guide column, which is lockable and can be easily accessed when maintenance or adjustments are necessary.
The electric drive unit is installed within the lower beam, leaving it hidden and protected against tampering and the weather, but it still remains easily accessible for maintenance. An AC motor powered, worm drive unit provides direct power transmission to the gate.
The gate has a height adjustable roller support. Where conventional cantilevered gates require two rolling wheel supports the Rogers Fencing Inova gate only requires one- the drive unit takes over as the second support, which results in significant material and cost savings.
Depending on the width of your entrance the Rogers Fencing Inova gate offers you a choice of three different models:
Inova 160 L (light Duty) – Average daily opening of 100 cycles (open / close).
Lower beam height: 160mm - Lower beam depth: 165mm - Drive through width: 6000mm max. - Drive Power: 0.18kW
Inova 200 L (Light Duty) – Average daily opening of 100 cycles (open / close).
Inova 200 (Industrial) – Average daily opening of up to 300 cycles (open / close).
Lower beam height: 200mm - Lower beam depth: 165mm - Drive through width: 8000mm max. - Drive Power: 0.37kW
Inova 280 (Industrial) - Average daily opening of up to 300 cycles (open / close).
Lower beam height: 280mm - Lower beam depth: 200mm - Drive through width: 12000mm max. - Drive Power: 0.75kW
A drive through width of 24000mm can be achieved when two gate systems are installed opposite each other.
The Rogers Fencing Inova gates are operational through a simple key operated switch built into the main support column (Deadman Control – The key must be turned in the direction of the gate travel and held for the duration of the travel. Release of the key will stop the gates movement.)
